Tuch is a personal accountability and goal-coaching application. It provides tools for goal tracking, journal entries, mood logging, and AI-assisted coaching. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

By enabling accountability reminders, you consent to receiving SMS and email messages from Tuch. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by adjusting your notification settings. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Tuch — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Tuch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app.
9. Disclaimers
Tuch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
